In this post I'm going to share a two-part recording of the EFTA example: When I'm vulnerable I'm unsafe.
This is a real, raw recording of me doing TFT to clear the belief that when I'm unsafe I'm vulnerable.
Inherited trauma and beliefs can hold us back, just like this inherited belief that I don't deserve to have space.
Recently I discovered I believed there's something inherently wrong with me. Attached to it were beliefs that I'm not good enough, not likable, and fundamentally flawed.
