REWRITE YOUR LIFE
REWRITE YOUR LIFE
IMAGINE what you could do if you knew how to REWRITE your life...
IMAGINE what you
could do if you knew
how to REWRITE
your life...
Think about your life.
- Do you have all you want in the areas of health, wealth, and relationships?
- Do you feel fulfilled in what you do?
- Do you feel like you’re the best mom, dad, husband, wife, co-worker or friend you can be?
- Do you feel like you’re having the impact on the world you want to have and that you’re living your dreams?
- Do you feel present in what you’re doing no matter what it is, whether it’s changing a diaper, making dinner, or running a company?
- When you look in the mirror do you like what you see?
- When you wake up in the morning do you like how you feel in body, mind, and spirit?
Most of us would say “no” to some if not all of these questions. We struggle in one or more of these areas and we often feel dissatisfied and disheartened.
Many of us aren’t who we want to be,
where we want to be,
and what we want to be.
Often we deal with our problems by blaming others, numbing, escaping, or just accepting things the way they are, thinking they will never change.
Not one of these is a good solution.
So what are we supposed to do to get from where we are to where we want to be?
This is where rewriting your life comes in. Let’s face it–change is hard! But I suspect that you’re here reading this because you’re ready for a change and you believe the hard work will be worth it.
Change doesn’t happen all at once. It’s a process of changing one thing at a time, one scene at a time until the scenes in the movie of your life make you feel fulfilled, full of joy, and satisfied with who you are becoming.
Change begins when you IMAGINE what is possible and then move toward it.
At Sara Liza Life you’ll find information on just that–rewriting your life through a plethora of tools, tips, and examples–until you look back and wonder how in the world you are
who you are now,
where you are now,
and what you are now.
Here’s to rewriting your life.

Freelance writer and Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer Sara Navratil from Sara Liza Life has a passion for showing others how to rewrite their lives. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and narcissistic parenting, her life imploded when she began suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in her 30s. That was her wakeup call, and over the past almost 2 decades she's rewritten her life, going from victim to victor. Now she teaches others the power they have to do the same.
